The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to order the following allocation/reallocation of subjects among I.A.S. Officers with immediate effect:

(i) Shri. Ashok Kumar, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2006), Secretary to Government, in addition to the charges being held by him, shall hold charge of the subject 'Finance'.

(ii) Smt. R. Smitha, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2011), Secretary to Government, in addition to the charges being held by her, shall hold charge of the subject 'Forests'.

(iii) Shri. Chaudhari Abhijit Vijay, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2012), in addition to the charges being held by him, shall hold charge of the subject 'Excise', as Secretary to Government.

(iv) Shri. A. Vikranth Raja, I.A.S., (AGMU : 2015), Secretary to Government, shall hold charge of the subjects 'Public Works, Power and Tourism'.

In pursuance of the Order No. 14020/01/2020. UTS-I, dated 17-12-2020 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to post Shri. A. Nedunchezhiyan, I.A.S., (AGMU:2012), who reported for duty in this Administration on 22-02-2021, as Secretary to Government and allot the subjects 'Fisheries, Art and Culture and Information Technology' with immediate effect.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 1. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for all trees in a lot.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as 'Tender for lease of usufructs' should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or before 25-03-2021, Thursday at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers present at that time. If, the day for opening the tenders happens to be a public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.

3. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tenders, the open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m. on 25-03-2021, Thursday.

4. The indenting tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit with this office while submitting their tenders.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS (PERSONNEL WING) tenderers will be refunded immediately after the (G. O. Ms. No. 27, Puducherry, dated 2nd March 2021)

O n a t t a i n i n g t h e a g e o f s u p e r a n n u a t i o n , Tmt. A. Malar, Pondicherry Civil Service (Entry Grade) Officer, presently working as Block Development Officer, Ariyankuppam on ad hoc basis, shall retire from service with effect from the afternoon of 31-03-2021.
