Leave and Pension: During the period of deputation on temporary transfer, the Officer shall continue to be governed by the leave and pension rules of the parent Department applicable to him before such transfer. The allocation of leave salary and pensionary charges will be regulated as per rules in force.

8. Provident Fund Benefits: During the period of deputation, the Officer shall continue to subscribe to the Provident Fund on his parent Department to which he has been subscribing when he was placed on deputation, in accordance with the rules of such fund.

9. Leave Travel Concession: The Officer shall be entitled to Leave Travel Concession as admissible to the employees of Government of Puducherry.

10. Medical Concession and Residential Accommodation: The Officer shall be entitled to these concessions under the rules of service as applicable to the Judicial Officers in the grade of District Judge under the Government of Puducherry.

11. During the period of deputation, the Officer shall be entitled to draw other allowances and benefits wherever applicable, as specified in G.O. Ms. No. 62/2006-LD, dated 08-09-2006 of the Law Department, Puducherry.
