11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalisation of the tender/auction. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be allowed to clear/remove the materials.
12. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the cost of articles plus applicable GST and make his/her own arrangement to clear/remove the articles immediately. Otherwise, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
