The intending bidders should deposit an amount of ` 63,000 (Rupees sixty-three thousand only) towards earnest money deposit by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Superintendent of Police (HQ.), Puducherry" and get receipt from the Chief Stores, Gorimedu, Puducherry.
3. The auction will be knocked down in favour of the highest bidder.
4. Earnest money deposit will be returned immediately to the unsuccessful bidders after the e-auction is over.
5. Highest successful bidder shall have to deposit the entire highest bid value along with GST, Income-tax and other taxes as applicable within 24 hours from the time of declaration regarding selection of the bidder by the competent authority (LOA) through Challan Receipt of State Bank of India, Puducherry and remitted in favour of The Senior Accounts Officer, Police Department, Puducherry.
6. The selected bidder will clear the entire material within 24 hours from the date of granting sale order, failure of which the sale order deemed to be cancelled and the bidder's earnest money deposit will be forfeited and the bidder will be black listed for next 3 years from participating in any future tender/auction of Police Department, Puducherry.
7. The scarp may be inspected by the intending bidders after getting prior approval from the Inspector of Police (Stores), Gorimedu, Puducherry, from 03-05-2021 to 07-05-2021 from 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. selection or disturbance of the lots/item during inspection will not be permitted. 8. In this regard, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

That I am the deponent herein. I state that in my Birth Certificate under Registration No. P/1959/04062, my father's name has been mentioned as 'Sair Jacob'.

In the Death Certificate of my father under Registration No. 1978/01619, his name has been mentioned as 'Said Yacoub'.
In the sworn affidavit, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, dated 24th August 1993, my father's name has been mentioned as 'Said Yacoob'.
In the Electoral Photo Identity Card of my deceased mother by name Azeemab under No. PY/01/004/ 009615, my father's name has been mentioned as 'Syed Yacoob (ÁƒBm BVÌ©)'.
In the Passport of my said mother under No. N-667959, my said father's name has been mentioned as 'Syed Yacoob'.
Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the abovesaid names are referred, identified and relate to one and the same person, that is my deceased father only
I state that my father's registered name is 'Yacoob' and his surname/family name is 'Syed', as such, hereafter, I shall mention my father's name in all records and in future as 'Syed Yacoob (ÁƒBm BVÌ©)'.
I state that what are all stated in the above paragraphs is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and information
