NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to order the following allocation of subjects among I.A.S. Officers:

Puducherry-605 001, superscribed as "Tender for purchase of unserviceable articles (E-waste)" should reach this office on or before 25-05-2021 by 12.30 p.m. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit in cash, before submitting the tender. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender/ auction is over/finalized.

4. The rate should be quoted only for per kilogram excluding GST.

5. The tenderer should submit the following self- attested photocopy of the documents along with the tender.

(V) Valid GST Certificate

(i) Shri Shurbir Singh, I. A. S., Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry, shall in addition to the charges already held by him, hold charge of the subjects "Finance, Planning and Research, and Economics and Statistics" as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government relieving Shri Ashok Kumar, I.A.S. (ii) Shri L. Kumar, I.A.S., shall assume charge as Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) relieving Shri Ashok Kumar, I.A.S., and hold charge of the subject "Excise" as Commissioner (Excise)-cum-Secretary (Excise) relieving Shri Abhijit Vijay Chaudhari, I.A.S. He shall also hold additional charge of Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Puducherry.

2. This has the approval of the Election Commission of India vide their letter No. 154/PUDU/2021-P.Admn, dated 12-05-2021.

6. If, any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by him/them will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. Tenders will be opened on 25-05-2021 at 4.00 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be received and finalised on the next working day. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

8. In case, highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned, public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned towards the disposal of unserviceable/obsolete articles (E-waste) belonging to this Institution in "as is where is condition" on lot basis.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect all the articles at CGP Complex in Puducherry Region as detailed below between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 24-05-2021 to 25-05-2021 with the permission of the undersigned.

3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form addressed to the Deputy Director (Immunization), Victor Simonel Street, Old Maternity Complex, 9. The earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tender will be discharged/retuned immediately.

10. The tenderer or his/her authorised agent (only one person) may choose to be present at the time of opening the tender and auction. Authorised person should bring authorisation letter as prescribed. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender/auction is admitted.

11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalisation of the tender/auction. Successful tenderer/ bidder only will be allowed for clearing/removing the materials.

13. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders/auction without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders/ auction.

12. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full amount immediately along with the GST amount (18%) and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. This office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold articles.
