NOTIFICATION
The following order of the Lieutenant-Governor dated 19th May, 2021 is published for general information:—
"ORDER
No. 1-24/LGS/2021 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 o f t h e G o v e r n m e n t o f U n i o n Territories Act, 1963 (Act No. 20 of 1963), I, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, hereby appoint Thiru K. Lakshminarayanan, until the Speaker is chosen by the Puducherry Legislative Assembly and thereafter, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker and any of the Presiding Members shall act as the persons before whom the oath or affirmation may be made by the Members of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly under the said section.
