PUBLIC NOTICE
Whereas, vide G.O. Ms. No. 4/2019-Hg., dated 28-05-2019 sanction has been accorded for the work of preparation of GIS based Master Plan for Mahe Planning Area;
And whereas, an Existing Land use Map and Register 2021 for entire Mahe Planning Area to an extent of 9.00 sq.km. have been prepared by the Mahe Planning Authority, Mahe;
LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 1566 1566Now, therefore, a Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to sub-section (1) of the section 18 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 that the Existing Land use Map and Register, 2021 for the Mahe Planning Area will be kept for inspection between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on all working days in the Office of the Mahe Planning Authority, Mahe. (Details also available in the official website: https://tcpd.py.gov.in). Any person who intends to make any objections/ suggestions/representations with respect to the Existing Land use Map and Register, 2021 may do so in writing to the Member-Secretary, Mahe Planning Authority, 1st Floor, Civil Station, Mahe-673 310, within thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette of Government of Puducherry.
