GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present. The auction will be conducted from the highest rate quoted. If, the scheduled date of tender/auction happens to be a public holiday, the date of receipt of opening tenders will automatically be postponed to next working day at the same time. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of unserviceable/ obsolete articles such as wooden, steel and other items of aluminium, stainless steel, brass, plastic, etc., belonging to this Institution, in "as-is-where-is" condition.

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items in the premises of Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kadirkamam, Puducherry, without any disturbance to the students during office hours on 04-08-2021 and 05-08-2021 with prior permission of the Head of this Institution.

3. Tenders should be addressed to the "Principal, Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Vazhudavur Road, Kadirkamam, Puducherry-605 009, duly sealed and superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old unserviceable/obsolete articles" and shall reach the undersigned on or before 06-08-2021 at 4.00 p.m. The received tenders will be opened on the 6. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is finalised. The GST at the rate applicable will be charged.

7. The following self-attested photocopy of documents/certificates must be enclosed alongwith the tenders, viz.,

(i) Valid GST Certificate;

(ii) PAN Card; and

(iii) Aadhaar Card/Valid Family Ration Card/Valid Driving Licence.

8. The tenders without above-mentioned certificate/ documents will be rejected.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Principal, Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kadirkamam, Puducherry, would be final and reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders/ auction without assigning any reason thereof.

I state that the name i.e., 'Anjammal' is found in my Office Order, dated 12-08-2008 issued by Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Pillaiyarkuppam, Bahour Commune, Puducherry and in my Aadhaar Card bearing No. 4059 0855 2348. Whereas, my nick name i.e., 'Aachi' is found in my Smart Card bearing No. 340000139988 as well as in my Family Ration Card bearing No. 146401, my name is entered as 'பflநு'. Whereas, in my Marriage Invitation, dated 06-02-1984, my name is entered as '∂fiƒனு\ஏ^ (®) G. பflநு'.

Further, I state that in my Bank Passbook of Indian Bank, Ariyankuppam Branch, Puducherry, my name is entered as 'Aachi @Anjammal'.

In fact, the said names are referring one and the same person of myself i.e., 'Anjammal @ Aachi'.

Thus, I have executed this affidavit in this regard.

I have not concealed any real facts.

I state that my name is mentioned as 'Krishnasamy' in my Elector's Photo Identity Card No. YIQ0241018 issued by Election Commission of India and in my PAN Card No. EKQPK7882C issued by Income-tax Department, Government of India.

I state that my name is mentioned as '˛Úðைƒஏவ' in my Family Ration Card No. 170469 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that all the abovesaid names i.e., 'Kirouchenassamy', 'Krishnasamy. S.', 'Krishnasamy' and '˛Úðைƒஏவ' are referred, identified and relate to one and same person that is myself only.
