Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats (Conduct of Election of Member of Commune Panchayat Councils and Presidents and Members of Village Panchayats) Rules, 1978, the Returning Officer hereby provides for Commune Panchayat Wards/Village Panchayat Wards, with the previous approval of the State Election Commission, the Polling Stations specified in the appended list for the Polling Areas.
