6. The successful tenderer should pay the amount immediately and take delivery of the articles within 24 hours. No claims on the quality and quantity of the articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
7. The tenderer should submit the following self attested photocopy of the documents along with their tenders,
(a) Valid GST Certificate
(b) PAN Card
(c) The Valid e-waste Recycler Certificate issued by the State/Union Territory.
8. Tenders without the above certificates/documents will be rejected.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final and binding.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
11. The quotation should reach this office before the due date mentioned below.
12. The Police Department, Puducherry, is not responsible for the delay in transit if, the quotations are sent by post. The tenders received late, i.e., after the date and time prescribed, shall not be accepted. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the date of opening of tender will be next working day or as notified separately.
13. The last date and time of receipt of quotations is prescribed on 23-09-2021 up to 10.00 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 hours.

2. The intending bidders should deposit an amount of ` 3,200 (Rupees three thousand and two hundred only) towards earnest money deposit by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Superintendent of Police (Head Quarters), Puducherry, and get receipt from the Chief Stores, Gorimedu, Puducherry.
3. The auction will be knocked down in favour of the highest bidder.
4. Earnest money deposit will be returned immediately to the unsuccessful bidders after the e-auction is over.
5. Highest successful bidder shall have to deposit the entire highest bid value along with GST, IT and other taxes as applicable within 24 hours from the time of declaration regarding selection of the bidder by the Competent Authority (LOA) through challan receipt of State Bank of India, Puducherry and remitted in favour of the Senior Accounts Officer, Police Department, Puducherry.
6. The selected bidder will clear the entire material within 2 days from the date of granting sale order, failure of which the sale order deemed to be cancelled and the bidder's earnest money deposit will be forfeited and the bidder will be black listed for next 3 years from participating in any future tender/auction of Police Department, Puducherry.
7. The scarp may be inspected by the intending bidders after getting prior approval from the Inspector of Police (Stores), Gorimedu, Puducherry, between 06-09-2021 to 13-09-2021 from 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. The name 'Amrat Singh P' has been mentioned in my S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet. The name 'Amrat Singh. P' has been mentioned in my Transfer Certificate of Fathima Higher Secondary School, Puducherry.
