Election Commission of India, hereby appoints, in consultation with the Government of Puducherry, the officer of the Govemment specified in column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to assist the Electoral Registration Officer of the Assembly Constituency in the Union territory of Puducherry, as specified in the column (1) of the said Table against such officer of the Government.
