In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 17 of the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayat (Conduct of Election of Chairmen of Commune Panchayat Councils and Presidents and Members of Village Panchayats) Rules, 1978 and rule 16A, 16B and 16C of the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats (Conduct of Election of Members of Commune Panchayat Councils and Presidents and Members of Village Panchayats) Amendment Rules, 2004 and in supersession of the Notification No. SEC/1-6(P)/Civic Elec./2021/726, dated 21-09-2021, Notification No. SEC/1-6(P)/Civic Elec./2021/860, dated 02-10-2021 and Notification No. SEC/1-6(P)/Civic Elec./2021/815, dated 29-09-2021 already issued. The State Election Commission, Puducherry, hereby notifies.
