புதுச்சேரி மாவட்டம் , உழவர்கரை வருவாய் கிராமத்தில் மறு அளவை எண்.222/6B 00.10.30 ஹெட்டேர் பரப்புள்ள நிலமானது புதுச்சேரியில் வழுதாவூர் சாலையிலிருந்து கனகன் ஏரி முகத்துவாரம் வரை சண்முகாபுரம் வெள்ளவாரியில் பக்கவாட்டு கால்வாய் மற்றும் சாலை அமைப்பதற்கும் கட்டுமானம் செய்வதற்கும் பொது நோக்கத்திற்காக தேவைப்படுகிறது . மேற்சொன்ன நிலமானது 2003 ஆம் ஆண்டின் போது பக்கவாட்டு கால்வாய் கட்டுவதற்காக அவரசத்தின் காரணமாக புதுச்சேரி பொதுப்பணித்துறையால் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது .
புதுச்சேரி மாவட்டத்தின் உழவர்கரை வருவாய் கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக இதனடியில் விவரமாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு 00.10.30 ஹெட்டேர் பரப்பு நிலமானது கையகப்படுத்துகையின் கீழ் இருக்கிறது .

இல்லை 3. இந்த அறிவிக்கையானது 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நியாயமான இழப்பீடு மற்றும் நில கையகப்படுத்துதலில் வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் LDIBI குடியமர்வு உரிமைக்கான சட்டத்தின் ( சட்ட எண் 30/2013) 11 -ஆம் பிரிவின் ( 1)ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் வகைமுறைகளின் கீழ் தொடர்புடைய அனைவருக்காகவும் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது .
4. நிலத்தின் திட்ட வரைபடத்தினை சாரத்தில் உள்ள துணை அட்சியர் (வருவாய் ) வடக்கு அலுவலகத்தில் வார வேலை நாள் எதிலும் வேலை நேரத்தின் போது பார்வையிடலாம் .
5. துணை ஆட்சியர் (வருவாய்) , வடக்கு மற்றும் துணை ஆட்சியர் (வருவாய் ) , வடக்கு அலுவலகத்தின் பணியாளர்கள் நிலத்தில் நுழைவதற்கும் அளவீடு செய்வதற்கும் நிலத்தை சமப்படுத்துவதற்கும் தோண்டுவதற்கு அல்லது நிலத்தடி மண்னை துளையிடுவதற்கும் மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 12 -ஆம் பிரிவில் வகை செய்யப்பட்டவாறு மற்றும் குறித்திடப்பட்டவாறு அவர்களின் வேலையை உரியவாறு நிறைவேற்றுவதற்கு தேவையான பிற அனைத்து செயல்பாடுகளையும் செய்வதற்கும் அரசானது அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கிறது .
6. மேற்சொன்ன சட்டத்தின் 11 -ஆம் பிரிவின் (4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் இந்த அறிவிக்கை பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து நபர் எவரும் ஆட்சியரிடமிருந்து முன் ஒப்புதலளிப்பு அதாவது நிலத்தை பெறாமல் நிலம் குறித்து வணிகநடவடிக்கை விற்பனைசெய்தல்/வாங்குதல் முதலியவை அல்லது வணிகநடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு காரணமாக அமைதல் கூடாது அல்லது அத்தகைய நிலத்தில் வில்லங்கம் எதனையும் உருவாக்குதல் கூடாது .

Preliminary Notification
Whereas , it appears to the Government that an extent of 00.10.30 Hectares land at R.S.No.222/6B in Oulgaret Revenue Village in the Puducherry District is required for public purpose, namely "Formation and construction of side drain and road in Shanmugapuram Vellavari from Vazhudavour Road to Kanaganeri Mouth " in Puducherry. The said land has beenutilised by the Public Works Department in view of urgency for construction of side drain and road during the year 2003.
2. It is notified that for the above said project in the Oulgaret Revenue Village of Puducherry District land measuring to an extent of 00.10.30 Hectares , whose detailed description as stated below, is under acquisition:

3. This notification is made under the provisions of sub - section ( 1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30 of 2013 ) , to all whom it may concern.
4. Aplan of the land may be inspected at the Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) North, Saram on any working day during the working hours .
5. The Government is pleased to authorize the Deputy Collector (Revenue) , North and the staff of Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) North , Saram to enter upon and survey the land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub- soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in Section 12 of the said Act. 6. Under sub - section (4) of Section 11 of the Act , no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale /purchase , etc. , or create any encumbrances on such land without prior approval of the Collector from the date of publication of this notification.
