அளவை புதுச்சேரி மாவட்டம் . உழவர்கரை வருவாய் கிராமத்தில் மறு .222/6B/2- 00.10.30 ஹெட்டேர் பரப்புள்ள நிலமானது புதுச்சேரியில் வழுதாவூர் சாலையிலிருந்து கனகன் ஏரி முகத்துவாரம் வரை சண்முகாபுரம் வெள்ளவாரியில் பக்கவாட்டு கால்வாய் மற்றும் சாலை அமைப்பதற்கும் கட்டுமானம் செய்வதற்கும் பொது நோக்கத்திற்காக தேவைப்படுகிறது . மேற்சொன்ன நிலமானது 2003 ஆம் ஆண்டின் போது பக்கவாட்டு கால்வாய் கட்டுவதற்காக அவசரத்தின் காரணமாக புதுச்சேரி பொதுப்பணித்துறையால் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது .
உழவர்கரை விவரமாக எனவே , மேற்சொன்ன நோக்கத்திற்காக புதுச்சேரி மாவட்டத்தின் வருவாய் கிராமத்தில் மேற்சொன்ன திட்டத்திற்காக இதனடியில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு 00.10.30 ஹெட்டேர் பரப்பு நிலமானது கையகப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என இந்த அறிக்கை அளிக்கப்படுகிறது .

Whereas , it appears to the Government that an extent of 00.10.30 hectares of land is required at R.S.No.222/6B/2 in the Oulgaret Revenue Village , Oulgaret Taluk, Puducherry District for public purpose , namely "Formation and construction of side drain and road in Shanmugapuram Vellavari from Vazhudavour Road to Kanaganeri Mouth in Puducherry " . The said land had been utilised by the Public Works Department in view of urgency for construction of side drain and road during the year 2003.
Therefore this declaration is made that a piece of land measuring to an extent of 00.10.30 hectares of land at Oulgaret Revenue Village in the Puducherry District , whose detailed description is shown below , is acquired for the said purpose.
