This Industrial Dispute arises out of the reference made by the Government of Puducherry vide G.O. Rt.

No. l25/AIL/LAB/T/2020, dated 12-11-2020 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to resolve the following dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent, viz.,–

(i) Whether the dispute raised by Petitioner, Indian National Trade Union Congress-INTUC, Puducherry, against the management of M/s. Parsan Polymers Private Limited, Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry, over full and final settlement of Tmt. K. Suguna is justified or not? If justified, what relief Tmt. K. Suguna is entitled to?

(ii) To compute the relief if any, awarded in terms of money if, it can be so computed?
