In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints Shri. M.A. Faizuddin, son of M.A. Sirajuddin (late), to be Town Kazi for Yanam of the Union territory of Puducherry until further orders.

2. The Town Kazi shall ensure that all records shall properly be maintained.
