If, the scheduled date of tender happens to be a public holiday, the date of receipt of opening of tenders will automatically be postponed to next working day at the same time.
(iii) Aadhaar Card/Valid Family Ration Card/Valid Driving Licence.
The tenders without above-mentioned certificates/ documents will be rejected.
11. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
12. The undersigned reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason, thereof.

The sealed tenders should be addressed to The Director, Kanchi Mamunivar Government Institute for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008 duly superscribing on the envelope as 'Tender for the purchase of old newspapers, student answer sheets and student record notebook and project work'. The sealed tenders will be received by this office up to 11.00 a.m. on 18-11-2021. The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on the same day by the undersigned.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
