[507]16 November 2021] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 513 AFFIDAVIT I, Santharuban, son of Durairaj, Hindu, Indian, aged 43 years, residing at No. 2, Kaliamman Koil Street, Oozhiyapathu Village, Neravy Commune, Karaikal District, Puducherry State, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

1. That my elder son 'Sandeep Joe Allen' is a Christian by birth. He was born on 24-07-2008 at Karaikal to his parents 'Santharuban' and 'Vetriselvi'.

2. Since, my wife 'Vetriselvi' is a Hindu, subsequently myself and my son 'Sandeep Joe Allen' accepted Hinduism and adopted to live as a Hindu.

3. That myself and my son 'Sandeep Joe Allen' also changed our lifestyle as a Hindu and changed the name of my son from 'Sandeep Joe Allen' to 'Sanjeeth'.

4. That myself and my son have officially converted to Hindu from Christianity on 14-07-2021, after performing the existing procedures for conversion to Hinduism. A Certificate to that effect was issued by Arya Samaj, Thanjavur.

5. Henceforth, my son 'Sandeep Joe Allen' will be known, called and identified by his newly assumed name as 'Sanjeeth'.
