TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for the sale of condemned e-waste unserviceable articles belonging to Government General Hospital, Yanam.
TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited for the sale of old newspapers (Tamil and English) belonging to this office.

2. Tenders should be sent in sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of e-waste unserviceable articles" addressed to the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam-533 464, on or before 07-12-2021 at 3.00 p.m. and it will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers. In case, if, the prescribed date happens to be a public holiday, the tenders will be opened on the immediate next working day.
3. The intending tenderers should enclose Bankers Cheque in favour of the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam, for an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) along with their tenders. The earnest money of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender/auction sale is over. The tenders without earnest money will summarily be rejected.
4. The tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
5. The rate should quote for single who has quoted highest rate will be considered as successful tenderer/ bidder. If, the highest rate quoted by the tenderer is not satisfied by the undersigned, the open auction will conducted on the same day. In open auction, tenderers who have submitted sealed tenders will only be allowed.
6. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount soon after completion of auction including G.S.T/sales-tax as applicable under the rules in force and shift the condemned unserviceable articles immediately on same day before 5.00 p.m. from the premises of the Government General Hospital, Yanam at their own cost and risk, failing which the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam, shall not be responsible for either safe custody loss or damage of the articles once the tender/bid is finalized.
7. No claim about the quantity and quality of the condemned articles will be admitted once the tender/ auction sale is finalised.
8. The intending tenderers/bidders can inspect the condemned articles during hospital working hours with prior permission of the concerned Head/Medical Officer in-charge of the Government General Hospital, Yanam.
1. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers" and addressed to the Chief of Government Pharmacy, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605 006, should reach this office on or before 30-11-2021 at 12.30 p.m. The tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of all the tenderers.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit before participating in the tender sale and the same will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers immediately after the tender sale is over.
3. T h e i n t e n d i n g t e n d e r e r s m a y i n s p e c t t h e old newspapers during office hours on any working day after 22-11-2021 with the permission of the undersigned.
4. No claim on the quality and quantity of the old newspapers will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
5. The successful tenderer should arrange to weigh the old newspapers and pay the cost, and GST applicable immediately, and remove the old newspapers within 24 hours at his own expenses from the office premises of Government Pharmacy, failing which, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited in full.
6. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept or reject all tenders or to postpone the tender sale without assigning any reasons thereof.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final and binding.
