Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment vide Hon'ble Supreme Court Order, dated 30-06-2021 in W.P.(C) No. 554/2021 and W.P.(C) No. 539/2021, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi issued simplified guidelines for issuance of Death Certificate/Official document stating the exact cause of death to the family members of the deceased who died due to COVID-19.
