[621]626 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [28 December 2021 7. The tenderer should submit the following self-attested photocopies of (i) Valid GSTIN (ii) PAN Card (iii) Aadhaar Card (iv) Authorisation letter from Puducherry Pollution Control Committee or by neighbouring State Government (for e-waste items).

8. If, any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender submitted by him/her/them will be cancelled and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. If, any/all participants(s), misbehaves during the tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place, also their tenders will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

10. The highest tendered should remit the tender amount at the office of the V.N.Purushothaman Government Higher Secondary School, Palloor, Mahe, 11. The highest quotationer should pay GST in force on the tendered amount.

12. The entire article being disposed off should be removed within 24 hours after finalization of the tender at their own risk and cost. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.

13.This office will not hold any responsibility for the items once the quotations are finalized and money has been remitted to Government Account.
