In supersession of the G.O. Ms. No. 62, dated 08-11-2021 of the Chief Secretariat (Health), Puducherry, with the approval of the Directorate-General of Health Service (M.G. Section), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. modification shall be made in Constitution of Board of Experts for “Certification of brain stem death” under Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994, under C. Panel-II (Independent Specialist who is not part of transplant team).
