2. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit.

3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be summarily rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount immediately and remove the articles from the office premises within 24 hours at his/her/their own cost and risk, failing which will be forfeit his/her/their earnest money deposit.

6. No claim about the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the tender sale is finalized.
