1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Vice-Principal of the above-mentioned School and duly subscribing on the envelope as "Tenders for Sports article items" and shall be received on or before 16-02-2022 up to 2.00 p.m. The tender will be opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderers those who are at present.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit.
3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.
