5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/ auction sale and should clear the tender sale materials at his/her own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the office will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST/Sales-tax will be charged extra as per the rate applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.
