5. That my father's name is entered in his Birth Certificate as 'Souppane' issued by the Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry vide Registration No. 215/ 1910, dated 10-9-1910.

6. That my father's name is entered as 'Souppane Dit Arounassalame Timor' in my Birth Certificate issued by the Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry vide Registration No. PM/R/1955/000153, dated 20-5-1955.

7. That my father's name is mentioned as 'Timor Arounassalame' in his Etat Signaletique Et Des Services vide Modele No. 9.

8. That my father's name is entered as 'Timor Souppane dit Arounassalame' in his Marriage Certificate issued by the Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry vide Sl. No. LMC2/1955.

9. That my father's name is entered as 'Timor, Souppane' in his Identity Card issued by his employer, Carte-du Combattant vide No. 275/AC.VG.I, dated 9-6-1970.
