NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 46 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Central Act 8 of 1948), the Lieutenant-Governor hereby makes the following Amendment in the Pondicherry Pharmacy Council Rules, 1972, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Pondicherry No. 63, dated 13-07-1972, namely:-

AMENDMENT
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called
the Puducherry Pharmacy Council (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. They shall come into force in the Union territory of
Puducherry from the date of its Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 65.— in the said rules 65, the following shall
be substituted:

4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their I.D. Note No. 4453/FC/FD/F4/A1 2021-2022, dated 08-03-2022.
