TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for disposal of old/condemned computers and electrical items as mentioned in the Annexure belonging to V.O.C. Government Higher Secondary School, Kottucherry, Karaikal, under the control of the Deputy Director (Secondary Education) Karaikal, from the authorized e-waste collection centre/recycler/dismantler (valid licence holders) in "as-is-where-is" condition.

2. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to the Office of the Vice-Principal, V.O.C. Government Higher Secondary School, Kottucherry, Karaikal, duly superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for e-waste materials" and to reach the undersigned on or before 06-06-2022. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who are present at the time of opening of tenders. If, the tender opening date happens to be public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day. The incomplete tender is liable for rejection.

3. The tenderer(s) should offer rate per kilogram in the tender. The sale will be effected only to the highest rate quated tenders. Public auction will be started from the highest rate quoted by the tenderers.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. In the public auction, the tenderers who have submitted sealed tenders only will be allowed to participate.

5. The tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit by cash.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be refunded after the tender/auction sale is completed/ finalized.

7. The tenderer(s) (valid licence holders) can inspect the old/condemned computers and electrical items during the office hours with the prior permission.

8. The following self attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tenders.

(i) Valid GST Sales Tax Certificate;

(ii) PAN Card;

(iii) Valid licence in connection with authorized e-waste collection centre/recycler/dismantler;

(iv) Exemption from GST if any.

9. GST rate inforce will be charged extra on the amount finalized.

10. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the unserviceable electrical and electronic items will be admitted once the tender/auction is finalized.

11. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. The tenderer/ bidder should bring weighing scale/machine at his/her own cost.

12. This office is not responsible for the safe custody of the articles once auctioned.

13. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept or reject any tender/bid or all without assigning any reason thereof. Incase of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

5. In my daughter's Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, No. TR 70041101, Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (Class-X), Unique ID 7073174, my daughter's name has been mentioned as 'Hemanshikaa Jain S'.

1. I state that in my daughter's Birth Certificate issued by the Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry vide Registration No. C/2005/01067, my daughter's name has been mentioned as 'Hemanshikaa @ Dimple'.

2. In my daughter 's Passport No. P9164496, my daughter's name has been mentioned as 'Hemanshikaa'.

I declare that all the above-mentioned my daughter's names 'Hemanshikaa @ Dimple', 'Hemanshikaa', 'Hemanshikaa Jain S', 'º"\V[¥ÔV ÿ¤l[ ∑', 'Hemanshikaa Jain S' and 'º"\[¥¬ÔV (®) ΩD∏^' are referring one and the same person i.e., my daughter's only.

3. In my daughter's Aadhaar Card No. 2528 6185 1784, my daughter's name has been mentioned as 'Hemanshikaa Jain S (º"\V[¥ÔV ÿ¤l[ ∑)'.

Henceforth, my daughter's shall be known as 'Hemanshikaa Jain S (º"\V[¥ÔV ÿ¤l[ ∑)' only.

This is declared for all purposes.

4. In my daughter's School Transfer Certificate, Admission No. 601, my daughter's name has been mentioned as 'Hemanshikaa Jain S'.
