And whereas, on verification of the genuineness of the certificate by the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Puducherry, it was found that the certificate produced by Tmt. R. Kanchana, claiming to have worked in M/s. Abishek Hospital, Chennai for three years, is fake one. Consequently, Tmt. R. Kanchana was placed under suspension for the period from 11-12-2017 to 10-03-2018.
3. And whereas, Tmt. R. Kanchana has secured the appointment by illegal means which was meant for another qualified and experienced candidate. The appointment acquired by practicing fraud or deceit is void and non-est in the eyes of law.
4. Now, therefore, the services of Tmt. R. Kanchana, Dialyser Operator, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, is deemed to have been terminated with effect from the forenoon of 11-03-2018.

Whereas, Tmt. R. Kanchana, who was appointed as Dialyser Operator in the Health Department, Puducherry w.e.f. 04-11-2013, had produced three-years experience certificate obtained from M/s. Abishek Hospital, No.14, Venkatarama Iyer Street, Venkatapuram, Ambattur, Chennai-600 053, at the time of certificate verification, as it was an essential qualification for securing appointment in the post of Dialyser Operator in accordance with Recruitment Rules thereof.
TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited for purchase of old newspapers (Tamil and English), magazines (Tamil and English) and library28 June 2022] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 485 books belonging to the Office of the Principal and Library of Bharathidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry, for the period from 2019 to 2021.
2. The rate should be quoted for each items as follows:-
Rate per kilogram (a) Old Tamil newspapers . . ` (b) Old English newspapers . . ` (c) Old Tamil magazines . . ` (d) Old English magazines . . ` (e) Old Library books . . `
3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers, magazines and library books" should be addressed to the Principal, Bharathidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry-605 003, so as to reach on or before 04-07-2022 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers present. The tenderer who quotes the highest rate will be the successful tenderer and tender will be finalized on his/her favour.
5. Further, in the event of successful tenderer failing to pay the cost in full and lift the old newspapers, magazines and books at the agreed rate at his/her own expenses before the close of third day counted from the date of receipt of communication from this College, the earnest money deposit will be once and forever forfeited in favour of the Government and the concerned tenderer will lose the right of removal of the items. If, the said third day happens to be a Government Holiday, the date will be extended till the next working day on receipt of specific request, in writing, from the tenderer.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever. Any contravention of the rules of Tender Notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
7. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value of the sold goods will be admitted after the tender is finalized. The removal of items from this Institution shall be only during working hours.
8. GST will be collected as per existing rates.
9. The successful tenderer should make his/her own arrangements to weigh the old newspapers, magazines and books subject to the satisfaction of the undersigned in regard to weighment.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only). The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderer will be refunded after finalizing the tender and that of those successful tenderer will be deducted towards the cost of the items.
