My name is mentioned as 'Kothandaraman T' in my School Transfer Certificate and SSLC Mark Sheet.
My name is mentioned as 'T.Kothandaramane' in my Service Book.
My name is mentioned as 'Kothandaramane' in my (PRAN Card) New Pension Scheme issued by Central Record Keeping Agency, Government of India and also in PRAN Allotment Order issued by the Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries, Puducherry.
My name is mentioned as 'ºÔV>ı¶´V\[' in my Family Ration Card issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Government of Puducherry.
And in the Identity Certificate Identifying my names viz., 'Kodandaraman', 'Kothandaraman T' and 'Kothandaramane' issued by the Government of Puducherry, Judicial Department (In the Court of the Principal District Munsif at Puducherry, C.M.P.No.325/2005, dated 03-01-2006.
