Approval of the Hon'ble Lieutenant-Governor is conveyed for the Amendment of eligibility criteria 3(i) in the Modus Operandi of the Scheme Guidelines in G.O. Ms. No. 13/Ag., dated 18-11-2013 of Chief Secretariat (Agriculture and Forest), published in the Official Gazette of Puducherry vide No. 49, dated 03-12-2013, read as follows:—
