5. Tenders will be opened on 17-11-2022 at 4.00 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening.
6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderers, the rate is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned and the public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
7. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tender. Tender without the documents/certificates will summarily be rejected.
(i) Valid GST Certificate.
(ii) PAN Card
(iii) Any one of Aadhaar Card/valid Family Ration Card/valid Driving Licence.
8. Individuals/Partner of a firm who has/has been punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal case is under process is not eligible for participated in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is found during the tender/auction process, the tender/ auction offered by her/him/them will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender/auction process, the tender(s)/bidder(s) will be removed from the place of Tender auction, also his/her/ their tender will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
10. The successful tenderers/bidders earnest money deposit amount returned after end of valid period i.e., from 17-11-2022 to 16-11-2023 or adjusts in the last removal of the items value. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderer/bidders will be discharged/ retumed immediately. Also the successful tenderer/ bidder has to remove the waste items in a monthly basis by settling the amount.
11.Other than tenderers or his/her authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tender and auction.
12. Acceptance of tender will be intimated to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the tender. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be allowed to clear/removal of the materials.
13. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the cost of articles plus GST and make his/her own arrangement to clear/remove the articles immediately. Otherwise, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
14. The office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles. Once, the tender is finalised, no claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
15.The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders.
