1. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned at any working day between 10.00 a.m. and 04.00 p.m.

Sealed tenders are invited for offering the highest rate for unserviceable/damaged dead stock items in as-is-where-is condition on lot basis

2. The tenderers may offer their tender amount both in figures and words in the prescribed format in the sealed cover.

the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of unserviceable/damaged dead stock items" and should reach the undersigned on or before at 2.30 p.m. 21-11-2022.

Puducherry, the 21st October 2022.

4. The tenders received will be opened on the same day at 04.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderers who are present at the time of opening of tenders. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be received and finalised on the next working day at the same time. The tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) as earnest money deposit at the time of submitting the tender and will be adjusted against the tender amount in the case of successful tenderer and earnest money deposit for unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender process is over/finalised. The tenders without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected.

6. The tenderer should submit the following self-attested photocopies of (i) Valid GSTIN (ii) PAN Card and (iii) Aadhaar Card.

7. If, any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender submitted by him/her/them will be cancelled and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. If, any/all participants(s), misbehaves during the tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place, also their tenders will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. The highest rate quated tenderer should remit the tender amount at the Office of the V.N. Purushothaman Government Higher Secondary School, Palloor, Mahe, immediately after finalization of the tender.

10. The highest rate quated tenderer should pay G.S.T. in force on the tender amount.

11. The entire article being disposed off should be removed within 24 hours after finalization of the tender at his/her/their own risk and cost. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.

12. This office will not held any responsibility for the items, once the tender is finalized and money has been remitted to Government Account.

13. The undersigned reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof in the public interest.

14. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

3. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on 15-11-2022 and 16-11-2022 with the permission of the officer concerned. Copies of tender schedule can be had in person on payment of ` 100 plus GST as admissible (non-refundable).

4. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, superscripted as "Tender for purchase of Waste Material" should be reach this office on or before 17-11-2022 by 3.00 p.m. Each tenderer should be enclosed a Demand Draft for an amount of ` 10,000 (Rupees ten thounsand only)822 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [1 November 2022 drawn in favour of the Junior Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, as earnest money deposit.

5. Tenders will be opened on 17-11-2022 at 4.00 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening.

6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderers, the rate is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned and the public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.

7. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tender. Tender without the documents/certificates will summarily be rejected.

(i) Valid GST Certificate.

(ii) PAN Card

(iii) Any one of Aadhaar Card/valid Family Ration Card/valid Driving Licence.

8. Individuals/Partner of a firm who has/has been punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal case is under process is not eligible for participated in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is found during the tender/auction process, the tender/ auction offered by her/him/them will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender/auction process, the tender(s)/bidder(s) will be removed from the place of Tender auction, also his/her/ their tender will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

10. The successful tenderers/bidders earnest money deposit amount returned after end of valid period i.e., from 17-11-2022 to 16-11-2023 or adjusts in the last removal of the items value. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderer/bidders will be discharged/ retumed immediately. Also the successful tenderer/ bidder has to remove the waste items in a monthly basis by settling the amount.

11.Other than tenderers or his/her authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tender and auction.

12. Acceptance of tender will be intimated to the successful tenderer/bidder after finalization of the tender. Successful tenderer/bidder only will be allowed to clear/removal of the materials.

13. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the cost of articles plus GST and make his/her own arrangement to clear/remove the articles immediately. Otherwise, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

14. The office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles. Once, the tender is finalised, no claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.

15.The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders.
