NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to enhance the Financial Assistance from ` 100 to ` 300 per mensem towards Transport Allowance to the "Scheme for payment of Transport Allowance to the Persons with Disabilities, 2001", the Amendment to the earlier G.O. published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 23, dated 26-03-2007 vide G.O. Ms. No. 9/2007-wel. (SW-V), dated 12-03-2007 namely:- [ 1055 ]

AMENDMENT

In the said Scheme, in para 5, for the words and figures "` 100 per mensem" the symbol, figures and words "` 300 (Rupees three hundred only) per mensem" shall be substituted.

2. This Amendment shall be deemed to have come into force with

effect from the date of publication of Notification in the Official Gazette.

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department,

vide their I.D. Note No. 053/FC/FD/F5/A2/2022, dated 25-10-2022.
