I state that in the Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry, registered with under Registration No. C/2007/00521, my said son's name has been mentioned as 'Gokul Sarrane'.

In the Aadhaar Card of my said son issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India under No. XXXX XXXX 7768, my son's name has been mentioned as 'V B Gokul Priyan (k ✓V ºÔVz_ ©ˆB[)'.
