District Magistrate-cum-District Collector, Puducherry, by exercising the powers conferred on me under the provisions of section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in order to prevent any injury/danger to human life, do hereby order that no banners/hoardings/flex boards/cutouts/advertisement poles, etc., shall be erected on the road side in Puducherry District.
