TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rates per lot of old/condemned furniture and other dead stock items available in the Office of the Vice-Principal, Soucilabai Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Puducherry, as per the terms and conditions mentioned below for sale by the undersigned "as-is-where-is" condition.

NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the communication D.O. Lr. No. 3794/ 2022/RG-B2, dated 01-12-2022 of the Registrar-General, High Court, Madras, Thiru G. Sendil Kumar, District 1. The tenders should be addressed to the Vice-Principal, Soucilabai Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Puducherry, superscripting as "Tender for the purchase of old/condemned furniture and other items" so as to reach the undersigned on or before 30-01-2023 at 10.00 a.m.

2. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit before submission of tender.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/ finalized.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the old/condemned furniture items will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the items during the office hours on any working day in Soucilabai Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Puducherry with the permission of the Vice-Principal between 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 23-01-2023 to 27-01-2023.

9. The sale will be effected only to the highest tender.

10. The Government in no way be held responsible for the safe custody of the articles once the tender sale is confirmed.

11. The Sales tax as per the rate in force will be charged extra on the amount finalized.

12. The tender will be opened on 31-01-2023 at 3.00 p.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day. Any incomplete tenders received is liable for rejection.
