2. The Authority shall function as the State Nodal Body for Development of Rural Roads of this Union Territory. The DRDA, Puducherry, will function as Executing Agency in this Union territory of Puducherry. The Public Works Department and Local Administration Department will function as Project Implementation Units (PIUs) of PMGSY-III in the Union territory of Puducherry.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-05-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry, within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

Rani Granites Private Limited, Mettupalayam, Puducherry and All India United Trade Union Centre (AIUTUC), over illegal retrenchment and reinstatement along with legal dues, in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 2. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to the Deputy Director of Education (Women), Puducherry duly superscripted on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of old/damaged Library books" and to reach the undersigned on or before 18-01-2023 at 4.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.15 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who are present at the time of opening of tender. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.

3. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected. The tenderer who have submitted tender in sealed cover only allowed participating in the public auction.

4. The tenderer should deposit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit (EMD) in Cash to the Cashier, Office of the Deputy Director of Education (Women), Puducherry.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderer will be refunded after the tender sale is completed/ finalized.

6. The rate will be valid for one year from the date of FINANCE DEPARTMENT

7. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable, the public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount.
