Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Madras hereby constitutes the Court of Sessions specified in column (3) of the Table below as Special Court exclusively to try the offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (Central Act 32 of 2012).
