ORDER

Whereas, the Primary Health Centre, Bahour, is functioning in the own building situated at the Centre of the Village catering the health needs of the people in and around the Bahour Area. In the recent past, much difficulty is experienced in shifting of the patients in the Ambulance due to traffic congestion and the short width of roads leading to the Hospital. Further, a proposal was initiated for construction of additional building in the vacant area of the Primary Health Centre premises, but, the clearance from Archaeological Survey of India could not be obtained due to the presence of Sri Moolanatha Swami Temple, Bahour. In order to give better service to the public, a Committee consisting of Hon'ble Member of Legislative Assembly, Bahour Assembly Constituency, Director (Health), Deputy Director (Public Health), Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Puducherry, Junior Engineer, Bahour Commune Panchayat, Bahour, Puducherry, inspected the land owned by the Bahour Commune Panchayat, which was purchased for construction of Bus Stand site to an extent of 01.52.00 H.A.C. at R.S. No. 52/1 at Bahour Revenue Village and recommended to spare 00.25.00 H.A.Ca. on the western side of the land.

2. Whereas, the Health Department, Puducherry, has agreed that the existing land of the Primary Health Centre, Bahour, owned by the Health Department, Puducherry, will be transferred after construction of new building for the Primary Health Centre and subsequent shifting of the Centre to the new premises to avoid any hindrance in extending medical facilities to the public of the Bahour. Hence, the approval of the Government is hereby accorded for the transfer of land owned by the Bahour Commune Panchayat at R.S. No. 52/1 at Bahour Revenue Village measuring 00.25.00 H.A.Ca or 2500 Square Metre on the western side of the land to the Health Department, Puducherry, for the construction of new Primary Health Centre, Bahour. The existing land of the Primary Health Centre, Bahour, owned by the Health Department, Puducherry, shall be transferred to the Bahour Commune Panchayat after construction of the new building for the Primary Health Centre, Bahour.

3. Now, therefore, approval of the Hon'ble Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is hereby accorded for the transfer of land measuring 2500 sq.mts located in the western side of R.S. No. 52/1 at Bahour Revenue Village, to the Health and Family Welfare Department, Puducherry, for the construction of a new Primary Health Centre at Bahour, subject to retransfer of the land, by the Health and Family Welfare Department and land remains Bahour Commune Panchayat, Bahour, property, if not used. This is further subject to the condition that existing land of the Primary Health Centre at Bahour, shall be transferred to the Bahour Commune Panchayat, after construction of the new building for the Primary Health Centre. The details of land to be transferred by the Bahour Commune Panchayat towards the construction of new building for the Primary Health Centre is as detailed below:

Each tenderer shall enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of ` 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) drawn in favour of the Junior Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, as earnest money deposit.

4. Tenders will be opened on 09-05-2023 at 3.30 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening.

5. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned, the public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.

6. The following self-attested photocopies of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with tenders:-

(a) Valid GST Registration Certificate

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for sale of unserviceable/obsolete articles, (e-waste) items, a single lot system belonging to this Institution in "as-is-where-is" condition.

2. The participated tenderers are to be eligible only Government authorized e-Waste Dismantling Unit. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. from 02-05-2023 to 05-05-2023 with the permission of the officer concerned. Sale of Tender Form can be had in person on payment of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) plus GST as admissible (non-refundable) from 02-05-2023 to 05-05-2023 up to 12.30 p.m.

7. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal case is under process, are/is not eligible for participating in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by her/him/them will be cancelled and his/ her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. If, any/all participant(s) misbehave(s) during the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s)/bidder(s) will be removed from the place of auction, also her/his/their tender/bid will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. The earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer/bidder will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be discharged/ returned immediately.
