GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY In pursuance of the Notification cited, the Sub/ Deputy Collector (Revenue) has been designated as the Administrator for the purpose of Rehabilitation and Resettlement of affected families in respect of the proposed Acquisition of Land for Construction of Railway Station with Yard arrangements at Thirunallar in Karaikal District under the New Broad Gauge line between Peralam and Karaikal, under rules 20 of the Puducherry RFCTLARR Rules, 2016 and read with provision of section 43 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013. The Administrator (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) has prepared a Draft Scheme for Rehabilitation and Resettlement for families affected by the proposed Land Acquisition under rule 22 of the Puducherry RFCTLARR Rules, 2016 and section 16 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.
