And the same was published in the Gazette of Puducherry on 09-04-2019, vide Receipt No. 282299.

I state that my daughter name is 'Varshasri' and the same is evidenced in her Birth Certificate vide Registration No. P/2010/07479, issued by Pondicherry Municipality, Puducherry and the same name is evidenced in her Aadhaar Card vide No. XXXX XXXX 0878, issued by Unique Identification Authority of India, and the same is evidenced in her Department of Post, Government of India, and in my Bank Passbook vide Account No. 4100522387.
