In continuation thereto, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby declares Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System and Distribution Management System (DMS) at Venkata Nagar Sub-station, being Critical Information Infrastructure of the Electricity Department, Government of Puducherry (PED) and the computer resources of its associated dependencies also as "Protected System" for the purposes of the said Act, and authorize the following personnel to access the protected system, namely:-

Kannammal, Judge (Retd.), High Court, Madras, as Chairperson of the "Fee Committee" for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charges.
