TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of obsolete wooden logs in the premises of the Office of the MOH Farook Maricar Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kalapet, Puducherry, which will be disposed off by tender.

7. The tenders should be submitted in sealed covers superscripted as "Tender for purchase of obsolete wooden logs" and should be addressed to the "Office of the Vice-Principal, MOH Farook Maricar Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kalapet, Puducherry" on or before on 26th September 2023 at 10.00 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 hours in the presence of the tenderers those who are present at that time.

8. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount (after deduction of earnest money deposit) of the tender immediately and should submit the copy of the receipt of GST amount paid to the Commercial Taxes De p a r t m e n t a n d s h o u l d r e m o v e t h e i t e m s w i t h i n 24 hours at his/her own risk and expenses.

9. The materials can be inspected during office hours on any working day of this office till 25th September 2023. The items will be disposed as it is and where it is.

10. No claim about the quantity/quality and value of the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or the whole tender process without assigning any reason thereof.
