ORDER
Consequent to the Proceedings passed on 08-09-2023 by the Hon'ble Justice S. Kannammal, Judge (Retd.) Hon'ble High Court of Madras, Chairperson, Fee Committee, Puducherry, towards fixation of fees for the Postgraduate Medical (Clinical/Non-Clinical)/Postgraduate Dental (Clinical/Para-Clinical)/MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. (Nursing) courses in unaided Private Self Financing Medical, Dental and Paramedical Nursing Colleges of Union territory of Puducherry.
The permissible fees fixed by the Hon'ble Justice for the year 2023-24 is as follows:

(i) This fee is an all-inclusive annual fee including various fees like Admission fee, Tuition fee, Special fee, Laboratory/Computer/Maintenance and Amenities fee, Extracurricular activities fee and the other recurring expenditure.
(ii) The Educational Institutions shall not be entitled to collect any kind of extra fees under any guise, except the fees fixed by the Committee. Any deviation will amount of violation of the Orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and stringent action will have to be taken against the Management of such Institution by the appropriate authorities like Government of Puducherry, NMC and the Pondicherry University. The penal action for violation shall also include withdrawal of approval by the NMC and disaffiliation by the University concerned along with hefty fine as penalty.
