NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 215 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act No. 59 of 1988), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to approve the constitution of "State Level Steering Committee" in the road transport sector in the Union territory of Puducherry, with the following Officers as Members with immediate effect:-

1. The Chief Secretary to Government

3. The Secretary to Government (Transport) . . Member

4. The Secretary to Government (Power)

3. The Committee shall monitor the progress of the Centrally Sponsored PM e-bus Sewa Schemes periodically.

4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their I.D. Note No. 30708/PRO/FD/F5/A1/2023, dated 20-10-2023.
