In continuation to the Office Order No. 0711/DM/RO/D2/2023, dated 07-11-2023 and keeping in view of continuing further law and order situation at Kalapet Revenue Village of Oulgaret Taluk, Puducherry, the prohibitory order passed earlier under section 144 of Criminal Procedure Code is hereby extended up to 30th November, 2023.

Emergent nature of the case and circumstances do not permit to serving the Notices to all the concerned in due time and hence, this order is passed ex parte under section 144(2) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
