2. Whereas, the said amount payable to the dependents of Thiru A. Anthony, s/o. Annappan, who met with fatal accident on 27-01-2016 arising out of and in the course of employment as a Driver while driving the vehicle owned by M/s. Universal Transport, Thirunallar Road, Patchur, Karaikal.
3. And whereas, Tmt. A. Vijayalakshmi, w/o. A. Anthony (late), residing at Pillaiyarkoil Street, Mel Thirunangoor, Kathiruppu (Post), Sirkazhi (Taluk), Mayiladuthurai (District), Tamil Nadu, appeared before this Court and deposed an oath that she is the only dependent at the time of the death of the employee Thiru A. Anthony.
4. Now, therefore, it is notified for the information of the public that it is proposed to disburse the said compensation amount to the aforesaid dependent. As such whoever claims to be the dependents of the deceased workmen Thiru A. Anthony at the time of his death, may claim by an application in this Court within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette with all relevant documents, claim received after the date will not be considered.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/9/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry, for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry, shall submit the Award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry, within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.
