TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of unserviceable/obsolete articles such as wooden, steel, furniture, items of aluminium, stainless steel, brass and Library books, etc., belonging to this Institution in "as-is-where-is" condition.

2. The intending tenderers can inspect the items in the premises of Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Thiruvandarkoil, Puducherry, during office hours with the prior permission of the Head of this Institution and without any disturbance to the students.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as an earnest money deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting their tenders. The tenders without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale over, whereas, the earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will be returned after the official process completed in all respects.

6. The tenderers should offer the rate for "the entire items as one lot" in their tender, the public auction will be conducted from the highest rate quoted by the tenderers. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder.

7. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

3. TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of Silk cotton 7, Mango tree 12, Jack fruit 3, Coconut tree 4, Tamarind tree 2, in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 for the period up to 31-12-2024.

2. The tenders should reach the Office of the Director of Industries and Commerce, Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 on or before 12-01-2024 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened by the Deputy Director of Industries and Commerce in this Office at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers who choose to be present.

3. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers should submit the tenders in sealed cover superscripted with the words "Tender for the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry".

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry, at any time during the office hours.

6. The tender amount should be in whole of rupees only. The tender from those who are kept arrears in this office as on date will not be accepted.

7. (i) The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) in cash as earnest money along with their tenders. The earnest money deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers as and when the tender process is completed.

(ii) The successful tenderer should remit the balance tendered amount immediately, by deducting the earnest money deposit amount.

(iii) An acceptance letter should be provided by the successful tenderer within a week time. Only after receipt of the same, the successful tenderer would be allowed to enjoy the usufructs.

10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision of the Director of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry, will be the final.

Often, I met difficulties to explain the differences in my name's spelling in the above-mentioned documents and I hereby declare that all the names viz., 'Sathiyaseelan, 'ƒ›ஸடீÊÈஜ', 'P.ƒ›ஸடீÊÈஜ', Sathiyaseelan.P', '∂©அ_ ´„\ஏஜ @ ƒ›ஸடீÊÈஜ', 'Abdul Rahman (∂©அ_ ´„\ஏஜ) and 'Sathiyaseelan @ Abdul Rahaman' are denoting one and the same person, they referring myself only.
