In pursuance of sub-section ( 2 ) of section 31 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 ( Act No. 13 of 1970 ), the Yanam Planning Authority, Yanam, hereby appoints a Committee consisting of the following Members to consider the objections filed by persons including representatives of the Government Departments or Local Authorities pursuant to the Public Notice No. 186/YPA/Master-Plan/2023/448, dated 18-10-2023, published by the Yanam Planning Authority in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Act, namely:

1. The Regional Administrator, Yanam.
